Calicocat Studios processes personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, and project details when you send an inquiry, book, buy, or donate.
• Order information: what you booked, amounts, payment status and any proof of payment you upload.
• Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, device type and referral source, linked to a random visitor ID in your browser. We honour Do-Not-Track.

Why we use it

• To answer inquiries, run your project, take payment and send receipts.
• To send news and offers by SMS or email — only if you ticked the consent box. Every email has an unsubscribe link; every SMS ends with "Reply STOP".
• To understand which pages and services interest people.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the service (payments, SMS and email delivery, hosting). We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, block or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Contact us through the contact page and mention "privacy request".
